Wanted for Theft by Carmel Police Department (2012/05/22)

Carmel, IN, May 22, 2012: The Carmel Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a man who is wanted for theft.  On April 11, 2012 at the Carmel City Court, surveillance video shows a man hiding a court metal detector under his shirt and walked out of the building. The man is seen getting into the rear passenger seat of a light blue four door Oldsmobile.  A female exits the court building and drives away in the vehicle.     

The man is described as a white male who was walking with the aid of two wrist height crutches.  He also had a shoe riser on his left foot.  He was wearing a small leather type hat and a blue light weight jacket.

Wanted for Robbery by Speedway Police Department (2012/05/15)

Speedway, IN, May 15, 2012: The Speedway Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a man wanted for Robbery.  Twice during the past month the man has walked into a CVS drug store in Speedway and demanded narcotics.  During one of the robberies a handgun was shown to an employee.

The suspect is described as a black male, early 20’s, 5-feet-6-inches, slender build, short hair, with no facial hair. The suspect was wearing a gray hoodie, light blue jeans, and dark shoes.

Wanted for Theft by Franklin Police Department (2012/05/08)

Franklin, IN, May 8, 2012: The Franklin Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a man who attempted to pass a counterfeit one hundred dollar bill.  On April 28th, 2012 the man entered the Goodwill and Circle K businesses in Franklin, IN. The man was told at Goodwill his bill was counterfeit.  He grabbed the bill from the cashier and fled the business.  At Circle K, the suspect again tried to use the bill, and again was told the bill was counterfeit, he ran from the store but this time without the bill.  The man was seen getting into a black Chrysler vehicle with a second person inside.

Wanted for Forgery Suspect 1 (2012/05/01)

 

Greenwood, IN, May 1, 2012:  The Greenwood Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying three women wanted for Forgery and Theft.  On April 14th, 2012 an officer responded to the lobby of the Greenwood Police Department in regards to a theft complaint that occurred in the parking lot of the Olive Garden Restaurant at 1274 N. US31 in Greenwood, Indiana. The victim had parked their maroon 2009 Dodge Charger in the parking lot and left their Gucci purse in the backseat. When the victim returned to their car someone had punched the lock mechanism on the door, stole the purse and a Toshiba Lap top. The three women used checks stolen in the theft to purchase several hundred dollars worth of merchandise at a local Wal-Mart store in Westfield, IN.

Wanted Person William Gant (2012/04/24)

 

Wanted for Firearms Poss. by Serious Violent Felon: Indianapolis, IN, April 24, 2012: The Marion County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding William Kelly Gant.  Gant is wanted on a felony warrant for Firearms Possession by a Serious Violent Felon.  Gant is also an Unregistered Sex Offender.

 

Gant is described as a black male, 5-foot-7-inches tall, and 160 pounds.

Subject wanted for Attempt Rape (2012/04/17)

The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a man wanted for Attempt Rape.  On March 29, 2012 sometime after midnight, the victim awoke to find a man standing at the end of her bed.  The man then attacked the victim and attempted to rape her.  Unsuccessful in the rape attempt, the man took several items and fled the residence.

IMPD Needs Help on Arson Case - 1410 West Sumner Avenue (2012/04/10)

Indianapolis, IN, April 10, 2012: The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is asking for the public’s help in solving a costly warehouse Arson.  On April 2, 2012 at approximately 5:25 a.m., The Indianapolis Fire Department responded to 1410 West Sumner Avenue on an occupied warehouse fire.  Shortly before the fire was reported, a large boom was heard and then a large Town Car style vehicle was seen leaving the area.  It is possible the suspect or suspects of this fire may have received injuries during the setting of the fire.  The suspects caused over $150,000 damage to the warehouse. Investigator Andrew Rolinson is requesting anyone with information on the fire to call Crime Stoppers.

The IPS School Police are asking for the public`s hlpe in identifying a man wanted for burglarizing an IPS school.  On March 7, 2012, at approximately 12:14 a.m., a man broke into Harshman Middle School and attempted to take a television.  The ttelevision and a window were damaged in the burglary.  The man was described as a white male, 17-to-24-years-old, 5-feet-7-inches-tall, with short brownish/blonde hair. Carmel, IN, March 13, 2012:  The Carmel Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying several persons wanted for Credit Card Fraud.  In February of 2012, a victim had her car broken into as it sat in the parking lot at 10547 Workout Way, Carmel, IN.  A purse and several credit cards were taken in the theft.  Shortly after the initial theft, the victim’s credit cards were used at several locations in the Central Indiana area.  Detectives were able to find video surveillance footage showing several suspects using the stolen credit cards.
